ICT PRACTICALS

The centre encourages schools within the community to hold practical sessions of their normal school ICT period here. This measure goes a long way to support schools who have no computers to aid the teaching of ICT. We believe that this avenue offers the chance for most of the students to see a computer the first time or having first time access to it .Tutors of ICT come along with their students according to a specially designed schedule. It is evident that student interest in the subject soars tremenduosly when they are sitting infront of a computer rather than studying it in the classroom.Various challenges such as securing transpotation for school situated far away from the centre, need to be addressed in the near future.
